Return Policy

Refused Orders — customers who refuse orders will be charged for shipping charges both the delivery and return.

VisibleDust has a 2 week return policy on damaged items.

Returns are not accepted on used products.

No returns on solutions.

Prior to returning any item you must contact VisibleDust staff for an approval number.

Guidelines for return:

  • All Damaged orders must be reported to VisibleDust by phone or e-mail to tech@visibledust.com within 2 business days of receipt of your merchandise.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to send us a proof of the damaged product(s).
  • VisibleDust needs to see a JPEG picture of your claimed product before approving any return(s).
  • Keep your E-mail invoice and reference number.
  • VisibleDust will NOT be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from improper use of any products purchased from us.

    Warranty

    Visible Dust offers a one time FREE Arctic Butterfly® replacement within a year from the time of purchase.

    One of our customer service representatives will contact you via phone or E-mail within 24 hours of the next business day from your request with the procedure for replacing your product(s).

    Product warranties are as follows:

    1. The warranty is limited to the original buyer and starts from the date of original purchase.
    2. If, during the warranty period, any part, because of manufacturing defects or accidental contamination that results in loss or reduction of products efficacy properly under normal use will be replaced at no charge [Except for S&H and taxes is extra]. The customer must pay for the shipping and handling fees for the replacement product(s).

    The following documents are needed:

    1. Original purchase receipt, or a copy of the credit card statement where the debit for purchase was taken.
    2. You absolutely need to contact Visible Dust via phone or E-mail for product replacement approval.
